Any merchandise purchased from Skin Care by MD may be returned or exchanged within 30 days, unused and in original condition, for a full refund less shipping, unless it was the result of our error. If your product has been used, or if your product has been returned without its original packaging, we cannot issue a refund.
To qualify you must obtain an RMA# and return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not qualify for credit without an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) which should be obtained within 3 day of receipt of your order.
Note: we reserve the right to deny any request for a return.
Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be issued a refund. Please make sure that you qualify before returning your items. If you have any questions or concerns or are unclear as to whether or not you qualify for a refund, contact Skin Care by MD Customer Service via an enquiry form, Monday through Friday, 9AM - 5PM EST. Please follow the instructions below carefully before returning items.
- Obtain your RMA# within 3 days of receipt of your order filling the on-line form.
- All products, sets and replacement parts must be in their original packaging.
- Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA# with your return.
- Use a trackable and/or insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments.
